Returns and Refund

We sincerely hope you enjoy your purchase from our website, but we understand that sometimes customers change their minds. Please read our policies below before placing your order to ensure there are no surprises with processing any returns.

10 days returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on our website for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition.

Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product and once product passes the quality check, we will refund as per above-mentioned policy. If we receive any item sent by you that do not meet the above conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your own expense.

  • Our products can be exchanged or returned within 10 days of receiving them.
  • Free shipping is allowed only on one return or exchange. If you need to return or exchange again, shipping cost shall be borne by you.
  • Refunds against returns for pre-paid orders will be made to the same account as used for transaction OR as gift card as requested by customer.
  • Refunds against returns for Cash On Deliver (COD) orders will be done as Gift Cards only.
