Shipping & Returns
The following policy is applicable to our website: www.cinnamoncloset.in.
Return & Exchange Policy:
- Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
- Store Credit will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.
- Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
- Products on SALE are not eligible for any refund or exchange
- Each order is eligible for a return only once.
Return & Exchange Request Process:
- In case you would like to exchange or return a product, send us an email at email@example.com
- State the return reason and mention the item to be returned or exchanged.
- A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
- A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email. The store credit is valid for a year.
- The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
- If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.
- We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.
- A store credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- International Orders are not eligible for exchanges.
