Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Return or Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
  • Store Credit will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.
  • Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
  • Products on SALE are not eligible for any refund or exchange
  • Each order is eligible for a return only once. 

Return & Exchange Request Process:

  • In case you would like to exchange or return a product, send us an email at care@cinnamoncloset.in
  • State the return reason and mention the item to be returned or exchanged.
  • A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.

Store Credit:

  • A store credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email. The store credit is valid for a year.
  • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.

International Orders:

  • If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for shipping the product back and bearing the associated shipping and customs charges.
  • We do not facilitate reverse pick-ups for International Orders.
  • A store credit or refund will be issued for the value of the returned product only.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • International Orders are not eligible for exchanges.
