Shipping & Returns


The following policy is applicable to our website: www.cinnamoncloset.in. 

Return Policy:

  • Return/Exchange Request to be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Refunds are only made in terms of Cinnamon CLoset Store-Credits.

     

  • If your pin code is not serviceable for return pickup, you may self-ship the product to our address. Upon receiving the return, we’ll credit ₹150 to your Tieco E-Credit 

  • SALE PIECES are not eligible for any Return, or Refund
  • Tags must be intact with the barcode sticker.
  • Each order is eligible for a return only once if the product falls under the return policy.

  • In case of any damaged/ defective or missing products in your order kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.
  • In the event of damaged merchandise, share images and details through the provided link. Further steps for replacement, Cinnamon Store-Credit, or full refund will be communicated.

Return  Request Process:

  • Send us an email to care@cinnamoncloset.in
  • A return pickup will be initiated for orders within India.
  • Once the pickup is created, the product will be collected within 7 to 10 working days.
  • Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.

CC Store-Credit:

  • CC Store-Credit will be issued within 24 hours after the order is picked up. It will be provided via email.
  • CC Store-Credit is valid for one year.
  • CC Store-Credit serves as a digital wallet and can be applied to your next purchase
  • The credit will be for the sale amount of the returned products.
