Yogmaya Pradeep “On Balance”

That title is inspired by a lovely book recommendation by Yogmaya Pradeep herself. When you go about stalking India’s first legal trivia host and one of the youngest female lawyers to start a law firm at the age of 25, you do it right! It’s about who we look up to, women who inspire and empower. We’re proud to have gotten the chance to know and style one of the most self-empowered women in Bangalore. 

Yogmaya is also a mother to an adorable little girl and a paw-parent to her playful pooch Cocoa, “the female doxie” with her own Instagram handle. We got in touch with the young woman entrepreneur who co-founded a dog-friendly law firm with her partner to catch up on her work ethos and find out what keeps them going during these tough times. 

What is A&Y Partners?

A&Y Partners is a law firm that’s set up by a young married couple. We cater to both civil and corporate legal issues. We are also a dog-friendly law firm.

How are you coping with the current situation workwise?

All of us make sure that we have a balance between our personal and professional lives.

Most of the cases are being managed through video conferencing. However, since we’re a small team, we have an operational office to work out of where we practice social distancing.
